Info: Annabelle is a very nice 29 3/4" (at 19 mo.) red jennet with a very wide brown dorsal stripe. She will probably end up at about 30 1/2" when all done growing. She is another great example of the quality offspring that we continue to get from MGF Jock. Annabelle is out of the first jennet ever born at Continental Farm, Annie. We have loved Annie's personality, disposition, and overall confirmation from day one. We really think that she is one of a kind. When looking at all of the jennets in the barn it was a hard decision of who to nominate to the North American Minature Donkey Sale. We are committed to keeping a small herd so we must sell a few each year at the sale to accomplish this. We are also committed to nominating only animals that we are proud to have the Continental name. Needless to say Annabelle is a little extra special to us since she is an Annie offspring, but, in the end, we knew that it was the right choice to put up this great little jennet for the North American Select Miniature Donkey Sale in Iowa in June. If you would like to know more about the sale or how you can bid on her please feel free to contact us or go to http://www.lnminidonk.com and ckick on the events tab.
Show Results: Annabelle was one of two jennets that I sold in a select sale 8 years ago. She and her companion were bought by Bill Hill of Hills have. About 3 years ago I told Bill that I wanted my Continental donkeys back. Then a year ago it happened.
